Parlon's original theatrical production Dear Darwin is a mixed-media play for teens, about bullying and gangs. The script is written by Rick and Rebeca, and directed by Rebeca. It toured Spain in January and February 2015 and was seen by around 13,000 students, to great acclaim.

 

The play features the artistic work of around ten young artists, everything from computer animation, dancing, stop-motion videos, rap battles, and a pop-up comic, all contributing to a narrative with a single, clear message.
