Indranyl Singharay
Actor
Indranyl graduated from the Manchester Metropolitan School of Theatre in 2010. He is of Bengali-descent but has lived in England throughout his life. This is his second stage appearance, having featured in My Beautiful Laundrette at ATS Theatre earlier this year. Previous productions whilst training include The Misanthrope, Caucasian Chalk Circle, Amadeus and The Erpingham Camp. Indranyl was also nominated for the Carleton Hobbs Award and Hobsons Prize during this time.
He is an avid musician, a Grade V pianist and a self-taught guitarist. He likes to keep fit by regularly visiting the gym, running, playing football and golf. Acting has long since been Indranyl's main passion so there has never been any doubt that he is doing what he has always wanted to do, though in between roles he keeps busy by writing short-plays and sketches.
